Schwab Charitable Technologies is looking for an experienced senior BMC Remedy lead developer. You will be working with Remedy Development, Support, DWP and Remedy API teams to develop and support remedy application and integrations as well as DWP/MyIT functionalities.

 

Schwab Charitable Technologies provides the technical capabilities for Schwab Charitable, a separate Schwab company that is committed to increasing charitable donations in the United States. You will literally be a part of making the world a better place.

 

This is a leadership role. You will help guide and mentor other developers, participate in code reviews, and in general build a mature, well designed front end Helix applications. You will also work with other tech leads and technical directors.

 

The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain applications within the BMC Remedy/Helix version 23.x and higher. Will work with management, process owners and end-users to gather requirements, suggest solutions, troubleshoot problems, and support business needs. You will work on development of system Including various remedy applications, and integrations, etc.

What you have

Required:

  • Must have experience with Helix conversion
  • 10+ years Remedy Development and integration experience
  • Deep understanding of Remedy/Helix infrastructure as well as hands-on experience with installing and configuring Remedy system
  • Deep experience of developing and supporting Remedy/Helix applications including Incident, Change, Task, CMDB, including configuring emails, SLA, Approvals, etc.
  • Proven ability to work with a team
  • Ability to inspire and influence teams effectively and partner in delivering technology-enabled business solutions that exceed business expectations
  • Experience with Agile or and SWAT/Kanban development practices
  • SQL knowledge of Oracle database query creation and tunning
