We are seeking a skilled Network Systems Administrator to join our team at MarkJames Search.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for accomplishing system administrator duties for various CIS systems, including server/client hardware and software troubleshooting, maintaining and updating virtual environments, analyzing and implementing Active Directory changes, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish system administrator duties for NU, NR and NS CIS systems
  • Maintain and update VMware Virtual Environment
  • Analyze and implement Microsoft Active Directory changes
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide status updates using ITSM Service Desk Software

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline or a secondary educational qualification with 2+ years' post-related experience
  • 2+ years' practical experience supporting core enterprise computing services
  • Knowledge of System Administration on large computer networks, Windows & Linux Operating Systems, Active Directory & Group Policy Management, and more
