Job Title: Timekeeping Specialist (Temporary)
Location: Westerville, OH - 100% ONSITE
Duration: 6 months
Overview:
Join a large-scale supply chain organization as a Timekeeping Specialist, assisting a team of 12 during their transition to a new version of UKG Kronos. This is a temporary role designed to support timekeeping operations while internal staff focuses on system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve 30–50 timekeeping issues daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Use a tiered priority system to identify and categorize issues (Tier 4: lowest priority; Tier 1: highest priority).
- Begin with Tier 4 tasks, gradually taking on more complex cases.
- Perform a two-phase process:
- Phase 1: Determine issue priority and categorize appropriately.
- Phase 2: Resolve issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Handle unique cases requiring attention to detail and adaptability, as no two cases are the same.
Training:
Training will be provided, but candidates must be comfortable learning on the job, asking questions, and ensuring precision in their work.

- Able to work independently while ensuring accuracy.
- Comfortable in a structured yet fast-paced environment.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
