FP&A Manager (Manufacturing)
As an FP&A Manager the manufacturing industry, you play a crucial role in evaluating historical and current financial information. Your insights help create financial models, forecasts, and strategic investment decisions for various LOBs. You collaborate with various departments to align business goals with financial performance. This role is on-site (5x a week) in Jacksonville, FL.

For candidates to be considered must have a minimum of 6+ years of FP&A management experience within a large manufacturing organization. Compensation is based off experience.

Essential Position Functions:
Conduct financial analyses to identify opportunities and risks in a $100-500M+ lines of business.
Provide strategic recommendations to executives.
Evaluate product costing and provide strategic pricing analyses.
Support strategic initiatives, including ROI analyses & cost modeling.
In coordination with the LOB management team, create strategic goals to enhance company value.
Establish relevant KPIs to help monitor performance for strategic initiative and develop financial models that assist with decision making.
Assess operational risks and provide analyses on risk remediation.
Be a Financial leader within the LOB and across the Company.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a cooperative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with managerial and executive teams.
Interpret data and organize analyses in clear and concise reporting.
Develop inventory reporting and analyses to improve inventory management.
Establish rigorous budget and forecast processes driven by business input. Lead LOB budget discussions.
Ensure budget and forecast alignment between LOB management and executive management

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
6+ years of experience in a FP&A management role.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with customers at all levels, both internally and externally.
Strategic analysis with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting & forecasting
Must have advanced Excel skills & Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
