Network Software Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret cleared Network Software Engineer to join our team supporting the U.S. Navy's Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test department in Lexington Park, MD, working a hybrid schedule (1/2 days on site a week).

Responsibilities of the Secret cleared Network Software Engineer include:

·Assess and review code written in C++, Python 3, and HTML

·Create parallel processes, threading, and process communication

·Develop web-based applications using modern development technologies

Qualifications of the Secret cleared Network Software Engineer include:

·Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical field)

·At least 3 years of experience with sockets (unicast, multicast, TCP) and general network programming, including byte-swapping and data serialization

·Proficiency in scripting, database management, and programming languages like C++

·Experience in supporting Special Access Program (SAP) initiatives

Compensation of the Secret cleared Network Software Engineer include:

Salary range: $120,000K+/yr ***depending on experience and education***
