  • Communicate clear directives, drive results, and lead organizational change initiatives.
  • Assign responsibilities, take corrective actions, and demonstrate leadership in evaluating, developing, and motivating employees.
  • Perform after-hours work as required and handle other related duties as needed.
  • Stay updated with new industry trends and standards, showing a strong passion for continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with legacy voice and call center systems, including Cisco Finesse.
  • Relevant network certification, such as Cisco CCNA.
  • Strong risk management and crisis resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in developing and managing RFPs and service contracts.
  • Ability to recruit, mentor, and manage staff effectively.
  • Flexible schedule with a willingness to work after hours if necessary.
  • Passionate about staying current with industry advancements.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
