Purpose of Position

This position will perform a physical audit of primary space on campus to determine use and occupancy.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Walking campus and primary buildings on UND’s campus core. Documenting conditions of physical spaces such as offices, conference rooms, classrooms, labs, etc.
  • Input data from findings in to master tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Competencies

  • Must be able to withstand moderate periods of walking, standing, twisting, and lifting up to 15 pounds without restrictions, organized, work with deadlines, and work independently on tasks.
  • Accountability/Dependability: Shows up on time, meets standards, deadlines, and work schedules.
  • Teamwork: Promotes cooperation and mutual support to achieve goals.
  • Adaptability/Flexibility: Responds positively to changing business needs and responsibilities. Adapts approach and methods to achieve results; recovers quickly from setbacks and finds alternatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must been at least 15 years old.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of UND Policies and Procedures.
