As a leader in systems engineering, we’re looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape the Army Health and Medicine Information System by leading SAFe value streams, Agile Release Trains, DevSecOps, and PHI/PII compliance requirements. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into areas like Scaled Agile Framework, Operational Medicine, and Army legacy software applications. You Have:

  • Experience as an Agile Practitioner and SAFe Engineer

  • Knowledge of Army Health

  • Ability to lead Agile and DevSecOps delivery and Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing for COTS and GOTS items for Operational Medicine

  • Ability to lead Agile ceremonies and documentation

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • SAFe Certification, including Release Train Engineer or SAFe Practice Consultant

  • Scrum Master Certification

  • Knowledge of DoD Systems Acquisition

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
