Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints. In this role, you will interact with customers to provide information about products and services, determine billing issues, and offer solutions or follow-up as needed. This position requires flexibility to cover hours between 8am to 7pm CST from Monday to Friday, including occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed. Initially, you will work on-site in O'Fallon, MO on a temporary hybrid schedule, transitioning to a full on-site arrangement in the future. This is not a fully remote role.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in customer service, particularly in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to manage 40-50 calls per day and maintain control of the conversation
  • Proficiency in using multiple systems to research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to changing business priorities and support different teams as needed
Nice To Have
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as needed, including the primary hours of 10:30am to 7:00pm CST
Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 2032 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in O'Fallon, Missouri and some days remote.

Work Environment

The position begins with an on-site training period lasting approximately 6-8 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Following training, the role shifts to a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days working from home. The interview process involves a single on-site interview, with quick decision-making expected. The full-time conversion salary for this role is $42,500.
