Operations Planner

The Opportunity:

As an Operations Planner, you’ll bring your consulting, analytical, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise to work on projects for the Department of Defense. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. You’ll guide the work we do for our clients and the solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, national security, strategic planning, defense mission planning, and national defense strategy.

You Have:

  • Experience with working in a Army, Combatant Command, or Joint environment

  • Experience in synchronizing and managing multiple calendars

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Tools

  • Knowledge of tools and processes to collaborate across multiple departments and coordinate details for development of large working groups with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to multi-task, rapidly inform, and work in dynamic environment

  • Ability to communicate and present in writing and verbally at a level commensurate with a general officer staff

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Army or Indo-Pacific exercises

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master’s degree

Clearance:

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
