Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our kitchen team at The Fife Arms Hotel as a Kitchen Assistant
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for excellent service and a desire to develop.
Your responsibilities include:
- Using the dishwasher, ensuring that all crockery and cutlery, as well as pots and pans are washed and clean, and returned to their storage area.
- Clean the kitchen, including work surfaces, floors, cooker hoods and any other areas, as requested by the Sous Chef and according to the shift checklist.
- Ensure that the rubbish is sorted correctly, compacted as applicable, and put in the correct bins on the loading bay.
- Ensure that the bins are cleaned and washed as required.
- Ensure that the loading bay is neat and tidy.
- Assisting in food preparation.
No experience? No problem. Just bring a strong work ethic, a passion for fresh food and brilliant service and we'll teach you the rest.
