Payroll Support Representative Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm or 10am-7pm EST
  • Pay Rate:$22.00-$25.00/hr
     
Payroll Support Representative Job Description: 
  • Process payroll for a variety of clients and act as a primary contact to clients to answer basic payroll related questions
  • Input data into to computerized payroll system as needed for client.
  • Verifies totals with client and submit payroll for production.
  • Resolves or escalates issues raised by payroll clients to appropriate employees.

Payroll Support Representative Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a customer service role is preferred
  • Basic math skills and problem solving skills 
  • Payroll experience is a plus, but not required
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • High School Diploma required
