Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Pharmacist to join our float team of 3-5 pharmacists. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential pharmacy services across multiple well-run and managed pharmacy sites in the Fresno area. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced pharmacy tech support and utilize the Rx30 software system to manage a medium to high volume of prescription medications. This role offers a consistent work schedule with a fantastic work-life balance, including Monday through Friday shifts and half-days on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Pharmacist in the Soliant float team, you will be responsible for a range of pharmacy duties including the management of prescription medications, patient consultations, and ensuring medication safety and efficacy. You will work closely with experienced pharmacy technicians to handle medium to high volume prescription management and deliver high-quality care to patients at various pharmacy sites. A significant aspect of the role involves commuting to different smaller communities around Fresno, so flexibility and reliable transportation are essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 6 months of recent retail pharmacy practice experience.
  • Software: Proficiency with Rx30 software is required.
  • Language Skills: Spanish-speaking skills are strongly preferred but not required, as pharmacy techs at the sites speak Spanish.
  • Commute: Must be willing to commute to smaller communities around Fresno with a daily commute of no more than 30-40 minutes outside of Fresno.
  • Schedule: Consistent Monday through Friday schedule with half-day shifts on Saturday.
  • Support: Experienced pharmacy tech support at all sites.
  • Variety: Opportunity to work at various well-managed pharmacy locations.
