Job Title: Per Diem Nurse - Med Surg / Telemetry

Hours: Up to 24.00 hours per week

Employment Type: Per Diem

Experience: Minimum of 18 months – 2 years of recent clinical experience in the area in which you work.

Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and requires current Nursing License in the state where working and active BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Current Nursing License in the state where working.
  • Active BLS certification.
  • Minimum of 18 months – 2 years of recent clinical experience in the area in which you work.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
