As a Staff Officer, you will primarily be responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensuring that the task guidance is clear, communicating to the team responsible for completing the task, and tracking metrics. You will also be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem solving will enable the mission's success. You Have:
Experience with reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests
Knowledge of Joint Staff Action Officer processes
Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
Ability to communicate effectively with General and Flag Officers or SES equivalents
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with the intelligence community or a military staff or 7+ years of experience with the intelligence community or a military staff in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS)
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
