Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA. They are seeking a Treasury Administrator for a DIRECT HIRE (permanent) position. Only applicants who live in the Atlanta, GA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer bank accounts - opening, closing and maintenance
  • Handle database management for bonds and letters of credit
  • Supervise the unclaimed property process
  • Manage cashier check requests
  • Facilitate corporate credit card requests
  • Heavy administration -- responding to e-mails and communicating with brokers

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma REQUIRED
  • Must have or be willing to secure Notary certification in the State of Georgia
  • Must have strong Excel skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be comfortable interacting with other teams and members to secure information

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
