Getting To Know the Opportunity:

This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. This program, which will begin in July 2025, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your investment career while gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job development and training. The middle office analyst' primary role is to support our Atlanta Fixed Income portfolio managers' initiatives for our proprietary Insurance clients and our External Institutional clients. In this role the specialist will handle the workflows related to securities, repo, bank loans and private credit transactions, as well as our daily/ monthly valuations for our insurance client accounts. Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager.

The Contributions You'll Make:
  • Trade Enrichment and Analysis
  • Workflow and monitoring of control environment
  • Monthly valuation data gathering, inputs and analysis
  • Clear and effective communication across the value chain
  • Liaise between various internal clients and external broker dealers
  • Assist with research and general queries
  • Other duties as assigned


Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2024/Spring 2025
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, and/ or equivalent work experience
  • Strong academic standing
  • Demonstrate an understanding of various Fixed Income Securities (Corps, MBS/ ABS, US Treasury/ Agency, Money Markets and Private Credit) and required operational support to process and account for such instruments
  • Adaptable to work in an ever-changing multi-tasked environment with high expectations, priorities, varying workload and strict deadlines
  • Maintain and foster strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, project leaders, and internal/external clients
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills to effectively interact with people in and outside the Firm

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$70,000 plus bonus
