Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor in standing up the new Program Management Office (PMO) providing integration support of the implementation-focused plan and schedule for the delivery of Microsoft Services and Office 365 (M365).

 

The individual is responsible for assisting the Sponsor with managing activities/tasks through the entire project lifecycle to include defining and managing customer requirements, developing and managing schedules, identifying and managing risks, briefing project status, and working with service provider partner teams. This includes developing and implementing the necessary review boards, reporting mechanisms, and office business rhythms. 

  • Perform office level integration activities to aid in the planning and coordination of activities such as onboarding, establish and maintain office business rhythms
  • Assist in the creation and execution of the programmatic framework and documentation to ensure successful implementation and delivery by:
    • Assisting in the creation and collaboration of the M365 Strategic Framework
    • Defining and implementing reporting mechanisms and business rhythms
    • Assisting in the development of the Program Charter
    • Assist in the creation and development of the Program Resource Plan
  • Interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define, capture program-specific requirements and resolve discrepancies between proposed plans and established standards
  • Lead/assist in facilitation of technical exchange meetings with internal/external stakeholders on business and technical requirements needed for M365
  • Provide support to develop and maintain organizational governance procedures to include the management of technical and executive program management interchange meetings, support to ongoing collection and program analysis, reporting, and coordination

Qualifications

  • Must posses and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment; self-starter with an enterprise and holistic approach to workload/tasks
  • Ability to synthesize information from various resources
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; strong interpersonal, networking, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor project cost, schedule, and performance, and assess variances from the plan to take correction action
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and interactions with Executive levels 
  • Ability to design and/or modify comprehensive briefing packages with data and information that will resonate with senior leadership
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft M365 or Azure, a plus
  • Working knowledge of Sponsor's and external stakeholder's processes, policies, procedures, and internal systems and databases
