EssentialDuties - Responsibilities
- Analyzes trends andmetrics in partnership with the lodge leadership and enterprise HRgroup to develop solutions, programs andpolicies
- Manages and resolves complex employeerelations issues and conducts effective, thorough and objectiveinvestigations as necessary
- Maintains in-depthknowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management ofemployees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance,partnering with the corporate HR and counsel asneeded/required
- Provides day-to-day performancemanagement guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling,career development, disciplinary actions)
- Worksclosely with management and employees to improve workrelationships, build morale, and increase productivity andretention
- Provides HR policy guidance andinterpretation
- Assists international employees(J1, H2B and Interns) with visas, assignments and related HRmatters
- Provides guidance, leadership and inputon workforce planning and labor utilization Identifies trainingneeds for business units and individual coachingneeds.
- Participates in evaluation andmonitoring of training programs to ensuresuccess
- Drives enterprise wide talent and HRprograms in the areas of talent acquisition, performancemanagement, compensation, training and development, service values,rewards - recognition and successionplanning
- Maintain employee benefits programs bystudying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommendingbenefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefitclaims; designing and conducting educational programs on benefitsprograms. Including administrative, legal, and financial issuesrelating to healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and educationalassistance programs
- Provide leadership andmanagement to the lodge HR team including goal setting, coaching,development, performance feedback,discipline
BasicQualifications &Skills
- AssociatesDegree in Human Resources, Business or related orequivalent experience
- Minimum of 5years of progressive experience as HR BusinessPartner
- Demonstrated proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite andHRIS
- Strong problem solving andorganizational skills
- Attention todetail
- Enthusiastic and positiveenergy

- Successful completion ofcriminal background check and drugscreen
DesiredQualifications &Traits
- BachelorsDegree in Human Resources, Business or related orequivalent experience
- Previousexperience in hotel/resort/theme parkindustry
- Human Resources certification or otherspecialized training
- Experience utilizingHRTechnology
PhysicalRequirements
