Location: Charlotte, NC

Position Details:

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral factors affecting student learning and development.
    • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and community resources to design and implement effective interventions and behavior management strategies.
    • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to support students' emotional and mental well-being.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
    • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student success initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters or Specialist Degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • License/Certification: Active NC School Psychologist License
  • Experience: At least 1 Year of previous experience in school experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong assessment, counseling, and collaborative skills. Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff members.
