  • Conduct monthly meetings with site safety coordinators to discuss trends, initiatives, and improvements, providing mentorship and training as needed.
  • Perform regular risk assessments, site visits, and safety inspections; follow up on corrective actions from audits and daily safety reports.
  • Assist in implementing health and safety policies, procedures, and processes, and support centers in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Serve as a technical resource for health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance and providing leadership and training to operational management on safety matters.
  • Evaluate service level performance of site safety coordinators and manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for all regional sites.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on safety trends and metrics to leadership, ensure regional compliance with company policies, and support corporate-wide safety initiatives and OSHA-related issues.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
