Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate School Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional speech and language therapy services to students within local educational settings. As an SLP, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders, collaborating with educators and families to ensure students' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions to address articulation, fluency, language, and communication challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to support students' communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a valuable team member.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Pennsylvania state SLP licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Prior experience in a school environment is advantageous, while new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working with students and fostering their communication development.
