Opportunity for a Medical Customer Service Rep ( Bilingual ) in S. CharlotteWe are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support with daily office tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to overall efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage scheduling.
    • Assist with document preparation, filing, and maintaining organized records.
    • Greet visitors and manage office supplies.
  • Data Management:
    • Accurately input and update information in databases and CRM systems.
    • Maintain and organize digital and physical files.
    • Assist in generating reports and presentations as needed.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Provide information on services and handle general inquiries.
    • Communicate with clients and team members to ensure proper follow-up and task completion.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional needs.
    • Contribute to office events and assist with internal communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and resolve issues effectively.
