Job Title: Consumer Services Rep

Cybex is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Services Rep to join our team. As a Consumer Services Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class customer service by handling customer inquiries with care and attention to detail.
  • Work with consumers across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and video appointments.
  • Provide expert knowledge on our product portfolio and brands under Goodbaby Intl.
  • Document information and order replacement parts/products to facilitate consumer inquiries.
  • Become a product knowledge expert through continuous learning and training.
  • Direct inquiries and unresolved issues to the specialized department and collect relevant information.
Requirements:
  • Excellent typing, written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic attitude, positive team player, punctual, open to constructive feedback, and taking direction.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of courtesy and professionalism while resolving customer issues.
  • Must be able to communicate with consumers on the phone, email, and video services.
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous customer service experience or call center experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with social media or community management is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or SAP is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery throughout the business day.
