Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional catering services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the highest levels of service and food quality.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability through effective resource allocation and financial planning.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall catering experience.
  • Plan and implement the strategy of growth and retention of new and existing business in each sector through leading the development of long-term account plans.
  • Review unit and contract performance, identify improvements and ensure contract compliance to exceed client expectations.
  • Provide operational insight alongside strategic marketing plans to grow sales and deliver customer satisfaction.
Who you are:
  • A minimum of 5 years operational experience in senior leadership roles within the catering or foodservice industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience of managing complex and multiple stakeholder relationship
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Developed and led an implementation of change programme to deliver operational benefits
