HR Generalist Job Details: 
  • Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm 
  • Pay Rate: $60k/year

 HR Generalist Job Description: 
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and resolving issues effectively
  • Address employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal programs and performance improvement plans
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility, changes, and employee inquiries
  • Identify training needs and assist in developing employee training programs.

 HR Generalist Job Requirements:
  • HR experience in outdoor power equipment and/or retail sales preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related 
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources
