Job Summary: Step into a fulfilling role as a Speech-Language Pathologistwith Soliant Health, where you'll support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in overcoming speech and language challenges. Your work will be instrumental in helping these young minds achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment: Conduct evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify speech and language needs.
  • Therapy: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address a variety of communication disorders.
  • Collaboration: Partner with educators, parents, and other specialists to foster an environment conducive to student success.
  • Documentation: Keep thorough records of student progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Licensing: Must hold or be eligible for aVirginia SLP license.
  • Certification: ASHA certification is a bonus but not required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is helpful but not mandatory.
