We are currently seeking a Consumer Loan Operations Manager to support a dynamic organization in Raleigh, NC. This is a direct hire role, hybrid role. 
 

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consumer Loan Servicing Manager to lead a dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for a professional with deep knowledge of consumer lending, compliance, and operations to take on a key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of consumer loan specialists, ensuring departmental objectives are met.
  • Perform loan account maintenance, servicing, and reconciliation.
  • Manage HELOC real estate closings and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all consumer lending regulations.
Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years of consumer loan servicing experience, including 1-3 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer lending, compliance regulations, and loan servicing systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
