Job Overview
UC Clermont College is seeking applications from Physical Therapy Instructors. Applications are being accepted on a continuous basis to be included in the general pool of candidates from which part-time faculty are selected to teach face-to-face classes on an as-needed basis. Instructors may provide classroom, lab, and/or clinical instruction of Physical Therapist Assistant courses.
Essential Functions
-On a part-time basis, conduct and teach assigned undergraduate courses.
-Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of his or her responsibilities.
-Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications.
Minimum Requirements
-PT or PTA, licensed in State of Ohio (Kentucky and Indiana on a 1 year basis)
-Previous clinical or teaching experience,
-Minimum Qualifications Two (2) years of experience working as a PT or PTA.
-Understanding of education methodology
-Lab skills performance and learning outcomes assessment abilities
-Demonstrates contemporary expertise in assigned teaching areas
-Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching and student evaluation.
Additional Qualifications Considered
Preferred Three (3) years of experience working as a PT or PTA.
