Role Summary

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will assist in driving high quality candidate care and strive to be an ambassador for the Rivian brand at every interaction by cultivating relationships with multiple internal and external partners. You will own the candidate experience, managing the interviewing life cycle from scheduling, travel arrangements, data integrity, virtual and on-site experience. 

You will take initiative in identifying and solving issues with candidate interviews, collaborate with peers and support recruiters across various time zones and teams. 


Responsibilities

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication with candidates and stakeholders from end-to-end scheduling  
  • Collaborates with recruiting team to improve candidate experience by recommending process efficiencies 
  • Maintains candidate relationships by responding to inquiries; documenting actions 
  • Enter and track candidate information ensuring a high standard of data integrity 
  • Update job knowledge by participating in learning experiences

Qualifications

  • Shows close attention to detail by being meticulous  
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience working with recruiting team 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment 
  • Ability to work with applicant tracking system 
  • Demonstrates the ability to multitask on diverse tasks and/or projects 
  • Takes initiative with problem solving and able to manage escalations 
  • Able to operate independently to complete tasks 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Outlook tools 
  • Able to prioritize schedule requests in a timely fashion 
  • Overtime eligible but up to manager discretion
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Required to communicate using telephone and/or e-mail

Pay Disclosure

This is a 6-month Contract position.
