Job Description

 

We are seeking a Product Manager for North America to oversee our enclosed drive products. Responsibilities include defining and communicating product vision and strategy, developing enclosed drive competence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and global teams to drive product development.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  •  
  • Mange the enclosed drives products in the North American portfolio.
  • Own the product roadmap for enclosed drives in North America
  • Work closely with development teams or partners that create high-quality products and release these products to the market
  • Act as a link between the North American enclosed products and the global product teams and product owners
  • Act as an interface to the different DPD business units and divisions that are using enclosed drives as part of their portfolio.
  • Build and develop enclosed drive product competence in the Danfoss North American organization.
  • Define and communicate enclosed drive product vision and strategy to all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Be part of the different product development efforts and contribute with your experience into making the right selections and choices.
  • Work together with business development and sales to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and translate needs into product features.
  • Support creation of product and segment portfolio value proposition and argumentation together with the business development teams
  • Travel up to 20%
Background & Skills

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technical field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Product development and/or product management
  • 3+ years' experience in enclosed drives products or enclosed products.
  • Experience from multicultural working environment in multinational enterprise
  • Marketing or/and sales experience is a bonus
