Provide supervision to division staff engaged in program/project responsibilities, guiding and controlling the work of assigned government and contractor personnel. Plan and distribute work to subordinates, set and adjust short and long term priorities, prepare work schedules, evaluate work performance, and provide technical oversight and instruction.
