Business Change Advisor Sr - Sales Incentive Plans

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations listed on the requisition.

The Business Change Advisor Sr is responsible for assisting the senior leadership team within the Commercial Health Benefits organization on the creation and implementation of Sales Incentive Plans. Reporting to the President Sales Enablement, the Business Change Advisor Sr. makes recommendations to create consistency and provide input on the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs, project manages implementation and partners with appropriate parties on communication to the sales team.

How you will make an impact:

• Facilitates and coordinates annual planning process for the business unit.

• Facilitates identification of leadership's priorities and establishment of goals within the context of designated sales incentive plans.

• Develops sales incentive plans to reach goals and educates key stakeholders.

• Responsible for analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations based on large, raw datasets related to complex and varied business metrics.

• Utilizes additional management tools and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Experience working in managed care/healthcare insurance industry most notably in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs is highly preferred.

  • Experience in project management, and process improvement with high level of execution focus strongly preferred.

  • Analytical and technical knowledge of data management software highly preferred.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred.

  • Proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts towards common goals strongly preferred.

  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, strong executive presence with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties highly preferred.

  • Proficient of Microsoft Office products, most notably in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Word strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $79,128 to $141,250

Locations: California; Colorado; Hawaii; Nevada; New York; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ
