  • Reporting to the Deputy Director of Development, the Senior Manager must be able to set corporate and individual development strategy, structure internal processes to support program goals and play a critical role in building a pipeline of new prospects and stewarding existing donors.
  • Working closely with the Deputy Director of Development, set the annual and multi-year strategy for the organization’s individual and corporate giving programs.
  • Lead the planning, cultivation, and execution of individual donor events and appeals, including annual gala, year end appeal, board-led giving and ongoing giving campaigns.
  • Lead the planning, cultivation, and execution of the corporate giving program, through at least eight corporate engagement events and program sponsorships.
  • Track record of success in soliciting five figure gifts through relationship development, donor engagement, event management, proposal development, and partner cultivation.
  • NAC currently offers a hybrid remote work schedule, with staff reporting to the Manhattan office a minimum of 40% of their time.
