As a technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and reliable products to our valued customers. This candidate must also know how to troubleshoot and repair radio equipment by diagnosing faults and replacing faulty components as necessary as well as be able to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to support installation and maintenance tasks.
This position provides an opportunity to apply your technical expertise while contributing to a dynamic team environment. If you’re passionate about communications technology and committed to excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with two-way radio systems and electronic equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of diagnosing and repairing radio systems. Ability to perform preventative maintenance and conduct routine inspections. Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to customers. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Desired Skills & Experience: Experience collaborating with sales teams and managing project installations. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a technical setting. Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and certifications. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
