You are an experienced compensation professional with a passion for designing, implementing, and executing "best in class" Compensation Strategies. With a focus on North America, you are also excited about providing input and guidance to our teams in Europe and Asia to ensure alignment to global guidelines while adjusting for local needs. You have an interest and understanding of the retail environment and the nuances of designing and executing compensation structures for various populations, i.e., retail and corporate. You enjoy leveraging benchmark and market data and partner well with other Talent team members to assist with identifying strategies and solutions to business challenges. A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be partnering with Talent Leadership to build competitive and practical strategies for compensation and mobility, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure we are taking a "best in class" approach to compensation, updating and maintaining our salary structure across job families in collaboration with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition team members, consulting with our international talent team members to ensure consistent practices, ensuring our systems and processes are aligned with program expectations, overseeing prioritization and execution of compensation and mobility priorities, managing key vendor relationships, working with Chief People Officer and Finance partners on oversight and execution of the executive compensation program design, working with Talent partners on identifying best practices and execution of mobility needs, development and communication, and most importantly, leading our year-end compensation process - ensuring merit and bonus guidelines are followed and implemented and that calculations, reporting, and compensation statements are accurate. To Land This Role:
Bachelor's or Master's degree10+ years of compensation experienceRetail industry experience supporting headcount of 2,500+ is preferredStrong knowledge and experience in creating and implementing compensation programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levelsStrong ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing deadlinesExperience with Workday is a plus; however, proven ability to adapt to various technical systems is welcomedProficient in PowerPoint/Keynote is also a plus

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 210,000.00 USD - 250,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
