The Associate Director will be a member of the Program Management Team with assignment to the Lymphoma Therapeutic Area within the Oncology US Medical Affairs organization. In close collaboration with the Therapeutic Area Strategic Lead(s), this role will be responsible for driving cross-functional integration of operational activities, including coordinating deliverables across workgroups, leading decision-making activities and identifying risks requiring problem, and prioritization. This individual will lead their assigned Therapeutic Area Team(s) in short & long-term strategic planning, including business planning activities.

The Associate Director of Program Management will report to the Director, Training & Program Management in USMA. The primary responsibilities include:

Program Management Lead for Oncology

• Prepare Presentations/Reports for Sr. Management

• Alliance Management

• Ad Board Support

• Budget Management (including alliance budget(s))

• Prepare Agenda, Facilitate & Deliver Minutes for key meetings

• Process Improvement & Metric Dashboards

• Develop & Maintain Dashboards to track current process of various activities

• Issue identification & resolution development

Program Management Lead for Strategic Planning

• Business Plan Development (including joint alliance business plan)

• Tracking Strategy/Tactic/Deliverable details, including risks and issue management

• Updating US-MA metrics to be communicated to the OLT

• Resource Planning

Therapeutic Area Communications

• Develop communication plans

• Maintain SharePoint

• Cascade information to team
