Our client, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to advancing patient care and safety, is looking for a contract Senior IT Program Manager. This is a fully remote contract position, however, ideally candidates should be located in one of the following states our client operates within for potential FTE conversion purposes - Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC., Hawaii.

Contract Duration: 10-Months

Required Skills & Experience Extensive previous experience with Project Management/Program Management specifically related to Cisco Product Line including IVR, Telephony, Cisco HCS or Cisco WXCCE, is a MUST. Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunication solutions. Specific systems experience with Jira, Visio/Lucid Chart. Analytical, organized, curious, problem solving and ability to plan work Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Healthcare preferred) or equivalent experience. 4-year Degree and 5 years of relevant PM experience or No degree and 5-years of relevant PM experience
Desired Skills & Experience Masters and/or PMP preferred. Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities Analyze IVR performance and recommend improvements Direct vendor team to implement improvements Develop experience roadmap for IVR with emphasis on measurable efficiencies, sales, or consumer experience. Program Manager manages a complex group of portfolio projects and acts as a change agent. Maintains a strategic focus and manages complex inter-project relationships. Ability to lead and provide an environment with project managers and project leads that drives to superior results despite challenges. Manages a project utilizing proprietary process for Project Management. Manages supply and demand to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met. Acts as the primary interface for the business partners and the initiative. Manages timelines, status reports and statistics. Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. Leads the coordination of strategic initiatives by partnering with senior leaders and other stakeholders to generate high-value solutions and sustainable results to strategic issues and opportunities. Manages and influences large, complex projects or programs with regional impact and scope. Supports clients using program and project management, process improvement methods, effectively organizing and utilizing organizational assets and application of best practices. Structures and leads high-visibility projects or programs to meet client expectations, deliver value and minimize potential obstacles and risks. Accountable for creating a culture of compliance, ethics, and integrity. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with the Principles of Responsibilities and applicable regulatory requirements, external laws and accreditation standards. Appropriately reports observed fraud or abuse.
