Here is what you will be doing each day:
As a Spa Front Desk Agent, your role involves warmly greeting guests and efficiently managing various tasks. This includes handling incoming calls for appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling for therapists, describing and upselling our services, escorting guests to their locker, providing tours of the spa, replenishment of spa amenities, laundry, light housekeeping, and promoting spa, salon, and fitness center services to guests. You will also accommodate guest and member requests, answer inquiries, and actively sell spa/salon services, retail products, and memberships.
Flexibility and a collaborative mindset are crucial, as you will need to assist colleagues as needed, showcasing a strong team-oriented approach. Building and maintaining positive relationships with both associates and guests are key aspects of this role.

For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $19.00 per hour; for applicants who will be working in New York, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $19.00 per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
