As a Paralegal Specialist, GS-0950-9/11, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in drafting case resolution letters, resolution agreements, memoranda, conducting research on relevant decisions, policies, administrative directives, regulations, and case law to assist in resolving cases.   • Assisting in performing substantive legal research requiring detailed knowledge of a diverse combination of case law, policies, regulations, legal texts, and state and/or federal statutes.   • Providing logistical assistance to managers and attorneys, scanning, filing, entering, and uploading relevant correspondence with the appropriate computer systems.   • Assisting managers and attorneys in tracking regional controlled correspondence requests and drafting responses. Assisting in researching and responding to school vetting and clearance requests.   
*The duties above are at the GS-9 level.  The GS-11 will have more complexity and less supervision.
