The Display and Paid Social Specialist is responsible the planning and execution of display and paid social campaigns for the Government Programs Brand and Growth team. Working closely with internal partners, the specialist will assist with executing the approved strategy, campaign set up, campaign optimization and reporting of direct-to-consumer digital marketing campaigns.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist digital team members with the development of display and paid social campaign strategy
  • Management of programs to ensure campaigns are optimally structured, setup, trafficked and are tracking correctly
  • Manage daily campaign optimization, testing, tracking and performance measurement
  • Oversee creative development and approval process
  • Develop reporting and key insights on campaign performance
  • Evaluate and improve internal display and paid social processes to support strategic planning and implementation e.g., cost files, partner billing and audience setup

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on programmatic and/or paid social in either client, agency, agency trading desk or programmatic technology vendor experience
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media either client or agency side running complex digital display programs
  • 2 + years experience across DSPs, DMPs, CRM, ad serving and brand safety platforms (Google Ads, DV360, CM360)
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with DOMO or Tableau visualization and reporting tools
  • Advanced understanding of digital tactics and measurement is a must - specializing in display, paid social, video and native advertising utilizing both 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources
  • Advanced tracking and analytics knowledge
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Must be 18+ years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial services, insurance, or technology experience
  • Liveramp, DoubleVerify, and Invoca platform experience
  • Experience in managing complex media projects across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Understanding of digital direct-response marketing tactics and best practices
  • Passion for digital marketing with an understanding of the complexity of the digital advertising landscape
  • Proven constantly learning about the ever-changing digital ecosystem - with a willingness to test new tools and technologies
  • Proven passionate about results, achieving goals and communicating successes
  • Demonstrated ability to work within tight time constraints, providing near real-time insights to team members to ensure targets are achieved
  • Proven highly analytical with advanced problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
