Division Overview:
TMHCC Stop Loss, a $2 billion segment within our organization, specializes in providing medical stop loss insurance to employers.

Medical Stop Loss insurance serves as an essential safety net for employers who opt to self-fund their health benefit plans, protecting them from the financial risks associated with catastrophic claims.

Position Summary:
Under supervision, the Marketing Analyst will perform daily operations to effectively service the Captives Market during renewals and throughout the policy period, while also identifying new business opportunities with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Captive Requests for Proposal (RFP) Inbox and collaborate with Underwriting across all regions to ensure accurate and timely new business offerings.
2. Coordinate with the Captive and Regional Sales teams to maintain updated proposal logs and reports.
3. Prepare monthly reports on all current Captives, including distribution to Captive producers.
4. Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to ensure accurate internal reporting of Captive data as per the established agreements.
5. Ensure that internal company websites for captive partners provide necessary access.
6. Create and maintain all Captive Agreements for both new and renewal business, including Participation and Reinsurance Agreements.
7. Work with Premium Accounting and Captive producers regarding any late premium issues.
8. Maintain the Captive Shared Drive.
9. Partner with Policy Administration to ensure timely information exchange and policy delivery for all captive clients.
10. Implement the Captive Implementation Checklist for all new and renewal business to ensure all requirements are met.

Education, Experience & Knowledge:
1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
3. Advanced organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Awareness of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments relevant to the business, enabling proactive responses to evolving market conditions.
5. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
