    Job Description

    - Draft and sign confirmations for various derivative products across asset classes such as Rates, Equity FX, and Commodities

    - Oversee and support junior staff in preparing and reviewing derivative transactions confirmations

    - Verify and review inbound documentation for all derivative products

    - Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams regarding trade details and disputes

    - Collaborate with trading, marketing, and legal teams to prepare confirmations for structured transactions

    - Assist with onboarding new derivatives clients and support the Manager of OTC Operations with special projects and daily tasks

    The Successful Applicant

    - Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED

    - 2-5 years of Financial Industry experience

    - Experience in transactional deal confirmation drafting and reviewing

    - Knowledge of different asset classes including Rates, Equity, FX, Commodities, etc.

    - Strong ability to communicate to senior stakeholders
