Inside Sales Representative

Key position functions include:
- Support customer intake phone calls for requests relating to equipment, delivery information, and documentation with exceptional customer service. Provide timely and accurate information.
- Develop strong rapport with customer representatives. Provide follow-up regarding rig/field requirements.
- Draft/prepare quotations for review and distribution.
- Activate Sales Orders and Transfer Orders for loaded project orders. Establish Sales Orders when required for direct customer sales.
- Track open orders via production schedule. Consult with the factory if required to promptly advise customers of any changes to existing orders.
- Work with customers to identify changing requirements to open orders.
- Work with sales representatives and branch operations to set local stock levels for critical components and standard systems.
- Prepare annual customer quotes and order folders.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- Minimum of High School Diploma. A Post-Secondary Diploma or Technical/Engineering certification is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years experience in inside/outside sales role, or related industry experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and Detail oriented.
- SAP experience preferred.
