What you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will help coordinate and lead the application of different imaging strategies to support our portfolio of innovative oncology drug candidates. You will be expected to work with cross functional teams to design, execute and analyze imaging studies.
There will be a significant emphasis on our Oncology portfolio, though imaging strategies are used in all our therapeutic areas.Responsibilities:
Develop a standard end to end process for imaging and integrate into wider clinical development procedures.Representing clinical imaging on process improvement initiativesStandardize internal document templates and imaging vendor documentation (Charter, site manuals etc.) for common imaging readouts. Establish new procedures and documentations for novel or updated response criteria.Serve as a SME while supporting imaging-focused strategic sourcing and vendor management teams in vendor capability/quality evaluations.Develop training materials for imaging methods and response criteria to educate team members and external partners.Provide subject matter expertise with regards to response criteria (RECIST, PCWG3, Lugano, RANO etc.), their incorporation in different clinical settings and troubleshooting site issues which may impact them.Work alongside Information Systems colleagues to adopt solutions for image reception, storage and sharing with vendors and allow advanced imaging analysis.Work closely with imaging, statistics, clinical development, regulatory and clinical operation leads to formulate appropriate imaging biomarker strategiesLead, design and implement multi-modality imaging measures as endpoints for oncology therapeutic clinical studies.Contribute to clinical biomarkers and diagnostics strategy by evaluating novel imaging modalities, novel image analysis tools and artificial intelligence tools.WinWhat we expect of you

Doctorate degree PhD OR PharmD OR MD [and relevant post-doc where applicable] and 5 years of biomedical or imaging-related field experienceOr
Masters degree and 8 years of biomedical or imaging-related field experienceOr
Bachelors degree and 10 years of biomedical or imaging-related field experiencePreferred Qualifications:
An advanced degree (i.e., MSc or Ph.D.) with 7+ years of experience in clinical imaging research working within an imaging CRO or within a pharmaceutical company.Proven track record of successfully leading and managing clinical trials with a deep understanding the workflows which allow different teams (regulatory, operations, statistics etc.) to successfully collect and analyze imaging data.Proven leadership experience in the utilization of molecular imaging as a quantitative biomarker in clinical trialsExperience with development of clinical protocols, imaging study manuals and procedures, SOPs and other documentation involved with the execution of clinical imaging studies.Experience with presentation of results and reporting to clinical teams which rely on the information for clinical decision making.ThriveWhat you can expect of us

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
