  • Beauty Sales Colleagues are responsible for actively circulating the sales floor across multiple departments, determining the customer's needs, sharing the benefits of our Loyalty programs and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish and/or handoff at the Front Desk. The Beauty Sales Colleague must also deliver operational excellence by leveraging our stores fulfillment system, merchandise to sell standards, floor and fitting room upkeep as needed.
