Major Duties:
Directly supervise Quality Management staff including recruitment, work schedules, performance reviews, trainings for staff and departmental budget.
Providing direction, coordination, management, planning, and training for a comprehensive accreditation program that includes Quality Management, Performance Improvement (QAPI), Clinical Risk Management (RM), Safety, and Accreditation compliance (AC) for Service Unit.
Participate in the development of strategic plans; develops long-range goals, annual objectives, and strategies to meet the healthcare goals of the organization.
Lead in a proactive customer responsive manner consistent with the service unit's vision and values and takes a leadership stance in advocating for and advancing the priorities.
Direct and coordinate performance improvement initiatives for the health center.
Proactively educate hospital leadership and medical staff regarding regulatory issues, new statues guidelines, and medical safety performance improvement activities.
