Position Highlights
*Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required.
*Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
*Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.

REQUIREMENTS:. Licensed according to state regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills & well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles. Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers. On-call availability
