They’ll also lead scheduling, organization, and record keeping for Human Resources function.

Some examples of those activities will include:
* Receptionist duties for the Human Resources and Safety Services Departments.
* Direct incoming and outgoing mail for Human Resources & Safety.
* Manage job posting process both internally and externally with Employment Coordinator.
 * Prepare mid-month and end-month wire transfers for life insurance.
* Maintain insurance database and complete utility month-end reporting for life, AD&D, LTD, and other insurance plans.
* Maintain & record employee training.
* Maintain and update HR filing index with Records Management.

* This position also requires a two-year Associate’s Degree in applicable field of study.
