  • Use the Issue Management Platform to track remediation progress and provide updates on major milestones.
Establish standards for communicating remediation delays and securing necessary approvals for extensions.Record all approved extensions, including supporting rationale and evidence, in the Issue Management Platform.Monitor enterprise-wide issue remediation progress and report on issues approaching their remediation deadlines.Regularly report on significant risk items, including high-rated, past due, repeat, and systemic issues.

The Successful Applicant

A Bachelor's degree is a requirement; a Master's degree is preferred.Mandatory work experience in banking, with a minimum of 2 years in both Financial Services and Risk Management preferred.Essential strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of operational or enterprise risk management concepts, frameworks, methods, and good governance practices.A deep understanding of regulatory processes, activities, and requirements for a foreign banking organization is necessary.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.Bilingual proficiency in Chinese is considered a big advantage.
